Our Warranty and Return Policy

We’re confident enough in the quality of our products to offer a solid 24 month extended replacement warranty.

This applies to LED strip lights installed in our fixtures and accessories we sell. If within 24 months of purchase you experience issues with one of your lights, return it for repair – and if we can’t repair it, we’ll replace it. It’s that easy.

The fine print:

• Up to 90 days (after receiving your order per tracking information)…you may receive a full refund for unused product. This applies to unused, uncut lights & fixtures.
• After 90 days and before 24 months (or once the lights have been cut/used/installed), you may return them for an exchange should you have any problems.
• After 24 months we will evaluate RMA requests on a case by case basis.

Exceptions:

We hate to do this, but unfortunately some lights fall victim to improper installation. Examples of this include:

• LED strip not being installed in our fixtures (or an alternative, suitable heat sink)
• Damage due to mishandling
• Damage due to excessive voltage (unless it was our power supply that caused it)
• Improper cutting or soldering

In these cases we will either send the item(s) back to you, or offer a discounted replacement.

Once you receive an RMA #

Please package your return carefully (if available, use original padding and shipping tube). To prevent damage while shipping, please make sure nothing rattles. Consider purchasing insurance for your return in the event of damage or loss by the carrier. Send package to:
